โฆ Synopsis
In this paper a new method for evaluating the probability density function of the mean energy noise level has been proposed. The method is based on statistical properties of the noise of freely fowing cars and is based on the hypothesis of Poisson type traffic flow. Density functions calculated from this formula gave computed curves, which are in perfect correlation with the measured histograms of noise levels.
