The PalmOilTester can be used for fast determination of acidity (FFA), DOBI and carotene content, peroxide value, anisidine value (AnV), and iodine value (IV). This reliable and simple platform was presented at the Palm Oil International Palm Oil Congress (PIPOC), 9th -12st November 2009 in Kuala Lumpur. PalmOilTester works both with crude and refined palm oil. It is easy to use and the result output is fast. Several comparative studies have demonstrated that the analytical accuracy of PalmOilTester matches that of referenced AOCS/MPOB methods.
