A series of pyrazolopyrimidine and pyrazoloquinozoline derivatives has been synthesized in one step by multicomponent reactions using, 5‐aminopyrazole, __p‐__substitutedbenzoylacetonitrile/dimedone and triethylorthoesters. pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives were also studied for their absorption and fluorescence maxima.
