Cyclic peptides, fenestins A (l), B (2) and a known diketopiperazine, cycle-(L-Pro-I.,-Val) (3) are reported from the sponge Leuconhloeus fenestrata. Fenestins A and B are respectively cycle-(L-Pro-L-Pro-L-Leu-L-Ile) and cycle-(L-Pro-L-Val-L-Pro-L-Leu-L-Ile). A majority of the amino acids isolated f
