NEW EDITORIAL BOARD PROCEDURES
Following a recent meeting of the Editorial Board, a few changes in proedures are being introduced. I write this to draw your attention to certain important items that are now to be found in the Aims and Scope and the Notes for Contributors.
Some of the regional responsibilities of Editors have been altered and this is to be seen particularly in Western Europe, where the previous national designations have been removed. We expect that authors will generally continue to submit to the same Editor as in the past but the concept of a national Editor is one that is now less appropriate to retain with a @wing intemationalisation of chemical
