Abstract

Vinyl‐pyridiniumsalze (III) aus Acalkyl‐pyridiniumsalzen und Methylanilino‐propenal lassen sich einerseits in rote Trimethin‐cyanine vom Aniono‐cyanintyp überführen, andererseits in substituierte 3‐Pyridinio‐pyridinsalze und weiterhin 3‐Amino‐pyridine. 2 Moleküle III geben mit 1 Mol. Ammoniak ein Aza‐cyanin mit 9 Gliedern zwischen den beiden Pyridinium‐N‐Atomen.
