✦ Synopsis

We have recorded the phowAeelron spectrum OC P; using a Penning ion source and a negative ion phowAoctron sprc~rome~er. The adinbalic electron arlinily of Pz is determined IO be 0.58920.025 eV. The negalive ion parameters drlermined in this work are: o:(P; ) = 64OA 50 cm-'. R:(P; ) -1.979_tO.O10 A. and D,(P;

We have recorded the photoelectron spectrum of TeO-using a hot-cathode discharge ion source and a negative ion photoelectron spectrometer. The adiabatic electron affinity of TeO is determined to be 1.697+0.022 eV. The negative ion parameters determined in this work are: wc(TeO-) = 690+ 80 cm-', rh'

We report the 488 nm photoelectron spectra of the mass-selected Cr2H-and Cr& anions. The electron affinity of Cr2H is 1.474 k 0.005 eV. Frequencies are reported for all three vibrational modes in both the neutral molecules and the anions, and their structures and bonding properties are discussed.

A series of 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole derivatives has been studied by means of electron capture negative ion mass spectrometry (ECNI-MS), photoelectron spectroscopy (PES), absorption spectroscopy and AM1 quantum chemical calculations. It has been shown that the low-energy H-atom detachment from molecul
