## Abstract **From top to bottom**: Peptide lines were formed in trenches in the self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) on an Au substrate. Combination of the top‐down (peptide nanolithography) and the bottom‐up fabrications (biomineralization) yielded arrays of monodisperse Au nanoparticles assembled on t
