Protein glycosylation is associated with many critical biological processes. In connection with studies on the mechanism of asparagine-linked glycosylation by the enzyme oligosaccharyl transferase, we have prepared peptide inhibitors that interact with the enzyme at nanomolar concentrations. Herein
