โฆ Synopsis
Using the new compound N-Fmoe-hydroxylamine 1 we have generated a facile mute to a high loading, acid labile solid-phase resin bearing a hydroxylamine linker. The novel N-Fmoe-aminooxy-2chlorotrityl polystyrene 2 showed generic utility for the construction of hydroxamie acids, including peptidyl hydroxamicacids.
