The molecular conformation of the title compound, C~14~H~14~N~2~O~4~S, is stabilized by an N—H...O hydrogen bond. The packing is influenced by π–π stacking interactions between nitrophenyl rings [centroid-to-centroid separation 3.744 (13) Å].
