## Abstract We present a novel approach of millimetre wave power generation using active microstructured nonlinear transmission line (NLTL) oscillators consisting of a periodic array of resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs). RTD‐NLTLs resonators have been measured to operate as distributed oscillators u
