β¦ Synopsis
This is the concluding part of a short introduction to multipulse NMR. The ( product operator formalism considered in Parts I and II Concepts Magn. Reson., 1996, 8, ) ( 17 α 32; 1997, 9,117α137 is applied to the description of the INADEQUATE incredible ) natural-abundance double-quantum experiment pulse sequence. The basic one-dimensional INADEQUATE pulse technique, two-dimensional and selective modifications of this method, and the INADEQUATE with composite-refocusing pulse train are discussed.

## Abstract The details of the design and development for a modern NMR pulse sequence, INADEQUATE CR, for enhanced detection of ^13^Cβ^13^C doubleβquantum coherence in natural abundance samples are investigated. With the phase shifting capabilities available on modern NMR spectrometers, one pulse c
