Mr Darcy's Christmas Carol: A Pride and Prejudice Continuation (Mr Darcy's Chronicles Book 10)
It is Darcy and Lizzy’s first Christmas since their marriage. They intend to spend the day with Charles and Jane at Bingley’s nearby estate of Donwell. Thereafter they will spend the rest of the season, up to and including Twelfth Night, at Pemberley and invite members of Lizzy’s family.
At Pemberley an unexpected guest arrives. He is the agent of a money lender from London. It seems that Mr Bennet has run up a debt and faces debtors’ prison. Darcy and Bingley decide to ride to London at once to try to negotiate with the money lender, a flinty old miser called Ebenezer Scrooge.
In their absence, the celebrations proceed at Pemberley, marred only by Mr Wood-Carton, who promises he will compose and perform a very special Christmas carol.
Darcy and Bingley meet Mr Scrooge after Christmas Day and find him a transformed man. They return home, eager to share the good news with Mr Bennet. As they approach Pemberley however, they stop at a nearby village and Darcy realises how he can put Scrooge’s good example to practical use.
They arrive home just before Twelfth Night. And just in time to enjoy Mr Wood-Carton’s newly composed carol…
This is a sweet, funny and affectionate variation on Jane Austen’s beloved novel set during Lizzy’s first Christmas at Pemberley.

Darcy and Wickham meet beside the Thames one dark winter’s night.Wickham finally agrees to marry Lydia Bennet and, as a last insult, invites Darcy to the wedding. Darcy does attend but no wedding takes place, for the groom is found dead in the river.
Investigations begin, conducted by the wily Inspector Parker. He interviews Mr Bennet and then rides to Pemberley to speak to Darcy.
Lizzy realises that Darcy’s letter, written after his disastrous proposal, may show motive for the killing of Wickham.Reluctantly, she travels to London with her father, intending to divulge the letter to Inspector Parker. She hopes however, to help in clearing Darcy’s name.
In the meantime, Mr and Mrs May have moved into a house near Longbourn. They have two handsome, unmarried sons. Mrs Bennet is eager for her husband to return from London and invite them to dinner. However, complications arise and the stay in London is longer than expected…
This is an affectionate variation on Jane Austen’s beloved novel following the travails of Mr Darcy and Lizzy Bennet.
Mr Darcy and the Curse of Pemberley: A Pride and Prejudice Variation (Mr Darcy's Chronicles Book 12)
On his return to Pemberley, following his disastrous proposal to Elizabeth Bennet, Darcy broods alone. He remembers the ancient curse told to him by his father. An ancestor of George Wickham made a terrible prophecy on the gallows. A prophecy which, if true, would mean he would be the last of the Darcys.Unsurprisingly this memory makes him realise that it is futile to pursue Lizzy further. He considers remaining a bachelor for the rest of his days and devoting himself to philanthropic works. He decides to write a letter to Lizzy explaining his actions towards Wickham as a means of at least setting the record straight. This however sets in motion a series of events involving his beloved sister Georgiana, his acquaintance Mr Wood-Carton as well as Wickham himself and the Bennet family. Is there a way to break the curse and ensure the prophecy is not fulfilled? This is a funny and affectionate variation on Jane Austen’s beloved novel showing how the superstitions of the past can affect even the most rational person.
