β¦ Synopsis
The distribution of the motor areas on the cerebral hemisphere of the guinea-pig has not been studied as far as record shows. It is deemed necessary to make some findings in order to see how much difference there mould be from those that have been worked out in the case of other mammals. Besides stimulations, histological investigations and ablations of various parts of the cerebral hemisphere have been re- sorted to; the results thus far obtained agree with one another in many respects.
