In this work, we establish a moderate deviation principle for the L 1 -error of empirical measures on partitions. As an application, the moderate deviation principle for the L 1 -error of the histogram density estimator is also obtained.

This paper describes the investigation of a simplified field method of measuring the aggregate adverse deviation of a partition. In this study, the source spectrum in the source room was assumed to be flat over the sixteen one-third octave frequency bands of lOOHz to 3150Hz. ## Measurement of the o
## Abstract When any process of measuring is considered, one of the basic questions is how to assess the precision of measurement methods and/or instruments. In this paper, this question is formulated and solved as a problem of tolerance regions for absolute and relative normaly distributed errors
