As previously found, the glucocorticosteroid clobetasol-17-propionate inhibits cell proliferation during the early growth stage of normal baby foreskin fibroblasts and collagen synthesis in confluent cultures of these cells. The degree of inhibition of cell proliferation decreases with increasing ce
