C'est un systeme de veille sanitaire et technologique permanente qui fonctionne en reseau gr&ce & trois outils : le signalement et I'analyse des incidents transfusionnels, la tra?abilite des PSL entre ES et ETS, et le suivi et rinformation des patients transfuses.
