The Stated Meeting of The Frankfin Institute was held at 8:15 p.m. in the Lectm-e Hall, preceded by a dinner in Fralfldin Hall at which Silver Members were honored. The meeting was called to order by Dr. Wynn Laurence LePage, Chairman of the Board, with approximately 320 members and guests present.

Dr. LePage stated that the minutes of the Stated Meeting of October 18, 1967 were pubยฐ lished in the November iSsue of the JOURNAL. There being no corrections or ~ldlgons, the minutes were approved as published. The Chairman also stated that the minutes of the
