✦ Synopsis

Chairman of the Board, presided and called the meeting to order with approximately 241 members and guests present. Dr. LePage called on the Chairman of the Tellers, Mr. Ezra K. Nicholson, for the Report of the Tellers, who had been appointed in accordance with the By-laws, to count the votes for eight Managers to be elected. Mr. Nicholson reported that 1651 ballots were cast, of which 1506 were legal and 145 defective. The nominees received votes as follows:
