✦ Synopsis

Six seed oils from convovulaceae family have beenexamined. Nounusual Weniger bedeutsame Saatole XIX: Untersuchung des Saatols der Convolvulaceen Sechs satole auS der l?-lie der &nvolvulaceen wrden untersucht, Dabei konnten keine ungewohnlichen Saureninden Olen entdeckt werden. Das folgende Fettsauremuster hatten alle Saatole: Palmitinsaure 6.6 bis 10.0 "/ I \ Stearinsaure 12.0 bis 19.6I/4 olsaure 21.6 bis 30.0"/~ Linolsaure 27.8 bis 41.3"/(\ Linolensaure 6.0 bis 9.2"/q Arachidinsaure 3.3 bis 6.4Vq Behensaure 2.8 bis 43%i In keinem Saatol wurden niedere Fettsauren gefunden. acids have beendetectedintheoils.Thefattyacidpatterninal1 theseedoilsis as follows: palmitic (6,6 to 10,O),stearic (12,0 to 19,6),oleic r21,6 to30,0),linoleic (27.8 to 41,3),linolefic (6,0to 9,2),mchidic (3.3 to 6,4),md behefic (2.8 to 4.3). Lower fatty acids have not been found in any of the seed oils.
