It has been well documented that RAFT miniemulsion polymerization has broader molecular weight distribution, compared with its bulk polymerization counterpart. Interestingly, it was found that the PDI value of RAFT miniemulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) mediated by 2-cyranoprop-2-y

## Abstract RAFT inverse miniemulsion polymerization is demonstrated for the first time as an alternate way to synthesize hydrophilic polymer latexes. The kinetic behavior of inverse RAFT miniemulsion polymerization of acrylamide is similar to that observed in aqueous RAFT solution polymerization.
