The a-type rotatronal spectrum of isocyanamide was observed in the frequency range 147-300 GHz. Ether extraction n of the hydrolysis products of diazomethj llithmm was employed to isolate the isocyanamide. 53 rotational lines were assigned to molecules in theground vibrational state (NH&wersion stateO+) and m the lowest excited vtbrational state (NHZ-inversion state 03.
