We have phase locked a lumped array of five High-T c Josephson junction oscillators in the frequency range 140-400 GHz. The oscillator junctions were dc-biased in parallel using superconducting leads to ensure identical dc-voltages and oscillations frequencies (f=2eV/h). However, the junctions were

โฆ Synopsis
Dynamic properties of two-dimensional arrays of high-To weak links have been investigated. The basic structure is a microbridge patterned in a laser deposited YBa2Cu3 O~ thin film. A submicron rectangular mesh of aluminium strips, diffused by heating to ~300 ยฐC, is used to form a 2-D array of inter-grain Josephson junctions (JJs) in the bridge. Microwave radiation emission has been measured as a function of temperature and magnetic field. The experimental data are interpreted in terms of coherent motion of magnetic flux quanta (vortices).
