## Abstract Specific antibodies to human glycophorin A and spectrin were used to study the expression of these membrane proteins in normal and pathologic human bone marrow. In immunofluorescence experiments spectrin and glycophorin A are found in 50–60% of the nucleated cells in normal bone marrow.
