β¦ Synopsis
We present recent development in pulsed field experiments with small sensing devices or micro-probes, which are obtained by micromachining or microfabrication. The reduced dimensions of the device enable us to measure mg-order samples. As examples, we demonstrate the usability of magnetometers with use of a microcantilever and a microcapacitance in pulsed high magnetic fields of up to 40 T.
