β¦ Synopsis
An oil seal is described that has a pair of concentric seal lips contained in a rotating housing and a stationary flange between them. The inner lip does not contact the stationary flange when the shaft is stationary but moves to close the gap, presumably due to centrifugal force. A wide selection of geometries is illustrated.

## Abstract The optimum door seal configuration to prevent radiation leakage from a microwave oven is still a manufacturing concern. Here, we propose a numerical algorithm to simulate the radiation propagation along a door seal structure using the finiteβdifference time domain method, which is used
A sanitary static seal for the fixed end of a chromatography column is described. The seal is in the form of an "L" or a "U" to form a seal against at least one major surface of the frit or screens and also the outside diameter. This design prevents any bypass and the potential for dead spaces such
