The Kloe experiment has measured the radiative decays of the r$ meson into TO, 77 and q'(958); these measurements are relevant to assess the mixing in the pseudoscalar nonet as well as to evaluate the gluon content in the q'(958). Moreover also the radiative decays into #7r"y and 17~'~ have been mea
The FINUDA experiment will start data taking in 1997 to study hypernuclear physics by a large acceptance, high resolution magnetic spectrometer at DACNE, the Frascati Cfactory. Physics motivations and goals besides the expected performances are described. ## 1. THE FINUDA PHYSICS PROGRAM The DAONE
In this report the measurement of the inclusive branching fraction B(B → X -ν) and the preliminary measurement of the first moment of the hadron mass MX in such decays are presented and their implications for the determination of |V cb | are discussed.
