Clariant & Ingenia to sell each others' masterbatch products

Clariant and Ingenia have signed a marketing cooperation agreement, whereby Clariant will supply Ingenia's white plastics masterbatches to its blow moulding and injection moulding customers, while Ingenia will offer Clariant's colour concentrates in the plastic film market. This arrangement could eventually yield additional sales of up to $50 M/y for Clariant.
