The kinetics of the polymerization of methyl methacrylate, initiated by AIR3-acyl peroxide, have been investigated. The polymers were of relatively low molecular weight because of a great activity of the complex A1R3.M as a transfer agent. The value Ct for AI (i-Bu)a/MMA was found to be 0" 6 at 0 Β°.
