โœฆ Synopsis


We developped a simple, new and in many aspects reproducible method for the preparation of YBa2Cu307-Josephson-junctions and SQUIDs. The method consists of producing a very weak deformation into the substrate surface by a diamond needle before deposition of the thin YBa2CuaOT-film, resulting in a Josephson-junction over the disturbed substrate region. In this paper the properties of the so produced Josephson-junctions will be dicussed.
