We have realized superconducting thin films of BSCCO 2212 using a molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) technique. The stoichiometry of the films is carefully controlled via EDS analysis and the repeatability of the deposition process is increased by realizing single element multilayers of Bi, Sr, Ca and Cu.
