Isozyme analyses have been used for the definitive identification of many plant cultivars, but not for cultivated tomatoes . Six isozyme systems, namely alcohol dehydrogenase, acid phosphatase, phosphoglucomutase, esterase, phosphoglucoisomerase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase of tomato seed ex
