We report on magnetoresistance (MR) measurements for thin granular PdxCl-x films with 0.3 < x < 0.34 on the metallic side near the metal-insulator-transition (xc = 0.3). The resistance versus temperature behavior for these films can be well described as resulting from incipient Anderson localization
