In Pr2.xCexCu04. 6 compounds with x -0.15, 0.18, we observed superconductivity below about 20 K. We measured magnetic hysteresis at 5 K in fields of 0.01-I.I T. Above 0.5 T, the single-ion paramagnetism of Pr(3+) overwhelms the superconductivity. After correction, the superconductive M-H hysteresis

Using an improved high temperature reduction method we found that in the n-type high-Te-system Pr2-xCexCu04+6 bulk superconductivity can be established between x < 0.09 and x ~ 0.17 i.e. over a much broader range than previously reported. The T2-contribution to the resistivity increases with the Ce-
