Structural and magnetic properties of Fe/Ge multilayer grown on Si (1 0 0) substrate have been investigated by neutron reflectometry at room temperature. Unpolarized neutron reflectometry has been analyzed to obtain the chemical structure of the multilayers. Magnetic moment of Fe, which is one of th
