Coagulo-fibrinolytic factors were studied in five patients suffering from thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP). The change in coagulation factors in the acute stage was mild compared with that found in disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). We observed a slight increase of fibrin-fibrino
