โฆ Synopsis
Low Temperature Synthesis of Semiconductor Chalcogenide Compounds and Solid Solutions YELLIN and REN-DOR reported the preparing of selenides and tellurides of groups I1 and I V elements by low temperature direct synthesis (LTDS). TRIFOKOVA et al. showed its applicability to IIJ-V compounds. In this paper we are presenting a further development of LTDS consisting in the synthesizing of srilphides and of chalcogenide solid solutions arid in the increasing of productivity.
