The formation of a spin superlattice structure was realized in Cd0:95Mn0:05Te=Cd0:95Mg 0:05 Te under a magnetic ΓΏeld. The experimental evidence of the spin superlattice structure was found from time-resolved polarized magneto-photoluminescence measurements, in the Zeeman splittings and the exciton m
Mean lifetimes of the lowest 6 yrast band members in 110 Cd and of 9 excited states in 109 Cd, populated via the 100 Mo( 13 C, 3n/4n) reactions, have been measured using the Recoil Distance Doppler Shift technique (RDDS). The data have been analyzed using the Differential Decay Curve Method (DDCM).
