β¦ Synopsis
A temperature variation study of the nuclear quadruple resonance (NQR) frequencies for the two resonance lines in 1,2,4,5-tetrabromobenzene was carried out in the range 77-300K. The far-infrared spectrum of 172,4,5-telrabromobenzene was recorded and the low-frequency mirational modes noted. From the nine observed frequencies, the torsional modes contributing to the change in NQR frequencies with temperature are identified by correlating the calculated values of the NQR frequencies at different temperatures with the observed values.

## Abstract The temperature and pressure dependence of ^35^Cl NQR frequency and spin lattice relaxation time (__T__~1~) were investigated in 2,3βdichloroanisole. Two NQR signals were observed throughout the temperature and pressure range studied. __T__~1~ were measured in the temperature range from
A 35Cl NQR study of 2-chloro-3-pyridinol showed the presence of four NQR signals at 77 K. One of the lines showed a positive temperature coefficient of the NQR frequency. 'HNMR studies showed the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding, and the anomalous NQR temperature dependence has been expla
