This issue of the Journal of Organizational Behavior (JOB) sees the commencement of the 33rd volume of JOB. In this editorial, I will announce the best papers of Volume 31 (2010), discuss some of the highlights of Volume 32 (2011), offer thanks to all who have contributed to the continuing success of the journal, and introduce some new developments that readers can expect to see over the ensuing three years.
