Recent reports have shown that patients with Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) improve transiently after high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) administration. Information about the usefulness of IVIG for long-term treatment is rather scanty. Our findings demonstrate the efficacy of mont
