β¦ Synopsis
The Sharma and Brau theory for near-resonance, long range force, vibrational enemy transfers is modified so that it is valid for off-resonancl: transfers as well. The modified theory does not contain the assumption in the original version which leads to overestimation of the transition probabilities.
