The transport properties of lfigh-T, oxide-superconductor Nd2\_,Ce~CuO~ single-crystM thin fihns were investigated to clarify the superconductor-insulator transition in two-dimensional disordered system. It is found that the critical sheet resistance P~ at the onset of superconductivity takes a valu
