## Abstract We studied genetic polymorphisms in the glutathioneβ__S__βtransferaseβ1 (GSTβ1) gene region and the interleukinβ1Ξ² (ILβ1Ξ²) promoter region in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD, n = 361), as well as controls (n = 257).
