✦ Synopsis
Time-resolved laser-induced fluorescence is used to monitor the population in excited rovibronic levels of the A 'A, state of CzH2 in u; ~0 to 4. Double-exponential fluorescence decays are observed in all excitation lines. From the pressure-dependent decay rates, zero-pressure lifetimes and selfquenching rates are derived.
