The course is divided into six modules concerning various aspects of culture: physical environment, social setting, artistic expression, economy, political setting, and national security, Each module is a self-contained unit with an introduction to the material in English, a series of selections in Lao relating to the module, and relevant charts, pictures, and diagrams.
