R&sum&--On d&-e avec pr&ision en fonction de la temp&ature, le pouvoir thermo%lectrique initial de thermopiles faites avec des melanges de nitrates fondus. A partir des tisultats, on montre que la thermopotentiom&rie peut &re utili&e pour ttudier le comportement de certains liquides du point de vue de ph6nomeneS tels que la surfusion et la germination. Ah&act-The initial thermoelectric power of thermocells made with molten nitrate mixtures is accurately det ermhxed as a function of temperature. From these results it is shown that thermopotentiometry can be used for studying the behaviour of some liquids with respect to phenomena such as supercooling or nucleation. Zussammenf~-Das anf&@iche thermoelectrische Verm6gen einiger Thermozellen, die aus mehreren Nitratschmelzen bestehen, ist mit PrHzision gemessen worden. Man zeigt, dass die Thermopotentiometrie gebraucht werden kann, um die Unterkrihhmg und das Kehnen gewisser F'liissigkeiten zu studieren.
