Abstract

3‐Desoxy‐D‐mannose wird in kristalliner Form erhalten. Mit Mercaptan und Salzsäure bildet sie Mercaptale, die durch Behandeln mit Acetanhydrid in die Tetraacetyl‐3‐desoxy‐D‐mannose‐mercaptale übergeführt werden.
