The superconducting transition of the YBa2Cu307 single-crystal films on (100) SrTiO3, measured by the radio-frequency sheet impedance method, is observed below the mean-field superconducting transition temperature Tc = 89.1 K determined from quasi-2D fluctuation paraconductivity. A clear jump in the
